The very pleasant lady (identified herself but I did not understand her, my fault) did everything possible to help me. She called yesterday to let me know that shipping delays were possible and offered to call back today when I said I needed to check my remaining quantity. She called this morning and placed my order. She then informed me that I had no refills after this order, and she offered to contact my physician to request more refills. Five-Star service.
